Inside the product

Short-stay booking: host approval, booking requests, QR check-in vouchers and guest reviews, built into the same platform.

Hosts build a listing in five steps — basics, location, photos, rooms, policies. Staff approve it or send it back with a reason.

Guests request a stay; the host has 24 hours to accept or decline. Unanswered requests expire on their own, and every change is logged.

An online deposit through Stripe is held when the guest requests, charged when the host accepts and released on decline or expiry.

A PDF confirmation and invoice with a QR code. The host scans it at arrival to check the guest in.

One review per completed stay, after check-out: overall plus cleanliness, location, value, staff and comfort. Hosts can reply publicly.

Four cancellation policies, house rules, blocked dates, and email and in-app reminders for guests and hosts.
